Time has carved him quiet.
Not bitter, not broken—

This piece was inspired by Cedric Peyravernay—whose work I recently spotlighted on my blog. I've always been struck by how much grit and emotion he packs into his portraits. His characters feel raw and real. For this piece, I wanted to lean into rough edges, worn faces, quiet tension. Trying to find that same subtle, honest storytelling Cedric does so well but still in keeping with my own style.
